Marc is very responsive. My only slightly negative comment is the "oceanfront" aspect of the listing is a little misleading as while the complex is oceanfront, the unit is not, although there is an ocean view somewhat from the right side of the lanai. But especially for the price this is a terrific unit and was much better than what we expected overall. Would definitely stay again. ##### Shea G.
