This unit would be most comfortable for a single person or couple, but the sofa has a full queen bed and can easily sleep two more people. Attached is another larger lanai that overlooks the condo complex, is surrounded by tropical vegetation, and has some view of the ocean's horizon. An outdoor table is available for dining and relaxation, as well as a lounge chair. Not too far from the main Kailua-Kona restaurant area. The place is well kept and we loved the two shower heads. The kitchen had everything we needed.
