Much Aloha displayed here from the owners and vacationers alike. The onsite property manager is very friendly, hands on and always available. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Kona town and about 10 minutes by vehicle to Keauhou. The property has the following amenities: pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, hot tub, gym, library and puzzles; BBQ area with picnic tables. The townhouse itself is located on the second floor and accessed via stairs. It is a very spacious comfortable well appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a nice lanai and peak-a-boo ocean view. Dinners and beautiful Hawaiian sunsets were enjoyed on the lanai. The owner was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this property. ##### Roger H. Séjour de 33 nuits en mars 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Clint S. 22 févr. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### 5 weeks at Sea Ridge This was the 6th time to Kona for us and our 5th different complex we have stayed at. This unit was as described. The Complex is kept up and in a good location within walking distance to town. Parking was great and right in front of the unit. The pool was nice to cool off in however, it is only 3ft deep. Of all the places we have stayed in Kona this was the warmest. It is a top floor unit with a vaulted ceiling and has an asphalt roof. The bedrooms cool down quickly with the window AC units. They are fairly noisy but have timers to shut off after a few hours if you like.The living area gets warm quickly. The range hood does not vent to the outside so all cooking heat and exhaust are difficult to remove from the unit. The old window AC in the living room is no match for the cooking heat. It is also loud enough you don't really want to use it. We tried every combination of open doors, windows, fans, time of day, etc... it was challenging to cool late in the day.The indoor and outdoor seating was adequate for the 3 of us. However, four people would be more challenging.Overall we enjoyed our stay and the price was reasonable. We did enjoy the other four places we have stayed more. However, they were all larger and more expensive. ##### Clint S.
