Nicely remodeled, and extremely well stocked with high quality items.It has an extra bathroom and larger unit compared to most of the one bedroom units. The outside area is a bit wider too, which gives room for a dining table plus two lounge chairs.The bed was a very good bed, better than other beds we’ve had in Kona Reef units. If there is any one improvement for the unit, a top tier bed would be the one thing I could ask for. We notified the host immediately the toilet seat in the bathroom in the master bedroom was loose. She said it would be taken care of, and it was... the day before we left! The door on that bathroom would not stay on the tracks, so we had to fix it each time, then it wouldn't stay closed. I told the host about it when she told me the handyman was coming. The large sliders are literally a danger! If we closed(slammed) it hard enough to be able to lock it it was literally not possible for me to open it. My husband had to do it. There was a notebook that mentioned the slider, but we were already there. The utensils all had rust, and window coverings were difficult. We stayed here for one week, and we couldn’t have been happier with it! We came for the Ironman, and it was perfect distance to walk to all of the festivities down town. It was so nice to be able to drink our coffee on the back patio every morning and watch the surfers. The kitchen had everything we needed to do groceries and cook for ourselves, and we even used the grill at the pool one night. This place was perfect!! ##### sarah s. It is very close to the water and has a great view of the sunset every night. It is an easy walk to shopping, art galleries and restaurants, as well as the meeting places for most of the tours we took. There was a nice gift basket with fruit and coffee upon arrival. The property was well stocked for cooking and with water activity equipment. We stayed a week. It has close proximity to so many wonderful restaurants and activities, all within walking distance.We loved eating our breakfast on the patio each morning and watching the surfers. From the washer / dryer, all the kitchen necessities and utensils, detergent, sun screen, great towels and anything you could ask for in the bathroom ... I could go on and on but I think I made my point. I have never stayed in a rental that was that well organized. And to top it off Anneliese, knowing that we were coming in late the first night, had left us fruit and some other foods and drinks and other supplies which was not expected or necessary but was much appreciated and again showed her attention to make sure we had a wonderful stay. She also communicated with us from before we got there, throughout or stay and made sure we got on our way safely after our wonderful stay that we had wish had lasted longer. ##### Thorsten L.
