We notified the host immediately the toilet seat in the bathroom in the master bedroom was loose. She said it would be taken care of, and it was... the day before we left! The door on that bathroom would not stay on the tracks, so we had to fix it each time, then it wouldn't stay closed. I told the host about it when she told me the handyman was coming. The large sliders are literally a danger! If we closed(slammed) it hard enough to be able to lock it it was literally not possible for me to open it. My husband had to do it. There was a notebook that mentioned the slider, but we were already there. The utensils all had rust, and window coverings were difficult. This unit is a spacious one bedroom, two bathroom (tub and stand up shower) ground floor condo that is close enough to Kona to walk into town for something to eat but far enough away to be quiet. The pool and deck are oceanfront and a wonderful place to relax between excursions. Cooking in the kitchen with the huge island is a great option to eating out. The private patio is a perfect spot to eat all your meals or just relax and watch the surfers. The patio faces west so there is a nightly sunset to enjoy. The host is warm and welcoming and always available to answer questions. You are greeted with a welcome basket full of island treats and a clean and comfortable home. Parking is easy and safe. Fans and air conditioning cool the living space and bedroom well if needed. A breeze always flows through with the windows and patio door open. The aloha spirit is alive and well here. ##### Laura P.
