This beautiful top floor corner, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit has incredible ocean views! Right when you walk in, it's got the WOW effect! Being completely remodeled, notable features include: Laminate floors, granite countertops, new cabinetry, and a fully remodeled bathroom that has a walk in shower. As you walk in, you'll immediately notice a sofa that turns into a pullout in the Living Room that works both as a couch & Sleeping arrangement if needed! 2 little ones or 1 adult could sleep here! There's a 48" Inch HD TV for Cable TV Entertainment use in the Living area as well for you. You have your own private WIFI Available. Beautifully decorated & great attention to detail throughout this comfortable space. There's a small dining area adjacent to the Kitchen with a high top table & chairs to enjoy meals while enjoying the view! This Fully Equipped Kitchen has a full sized Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Gas Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Rice Cooker, Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker & nearly every cooking utensil someone could yearn for! As you walk towards the Bedroom, you'll notice the wall has been opened up to allow more of an open concept feel. There's a curtain that separates the Bedroom from the Living Area. The bedroom has a very comfortable King Sized Bed with a great amount of closet space available for your use. A Dresser available for your belongings as well. The Bathroom can be accessed from the Bedroom and/or the Living Room area. In this space, you'll find your full sized front loading washer/dryer, walk in shower, and beautiful vanity. The condo is fully equipped with linens, towels, beach chairs, beach bag, snorkel gear, beach umbrella, an iron/ironing board, cleaning supplies, & many more items of convenience to ensure you have the perfect stay. Air Conditioning Wall Unit In Living Room Area Only. Kona Mansions is located near all the action spots in Kailua Village, short distance to Honl's beach, close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Kailua pier and all the events that take in place in downtown Kona. There is a pool & common area BBQ's at the complex for your use as well. The property location and spectacular views from the condo were exceptional. The condo was very clean and found it exactly like the photos. Well appointed kitchen. Living area including bedroom area and adjacent bathroom were beautifully decorated. Could not open the sliding glass door on the lanai to let in breeze. We were not given the correct address for the condo in our paperwork supplied to us. Had difficulty locating condo as address given was the Knutson office. Very quiet unit and building. Downside was the walk up to the third floor unit using the outside stairs, especially carrying luggage. The tree frogs were very noisy starting at dusk and throughout the night but we got used to them. Wonderful views on two different days of a cruise ship anchored off Kona and viewed through our patio window. Loved the shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. After you arrive, you then need to fill out a contact information sheet to give to “the manager”. There aren’t super clear instructions where to find or turn in the form. Also, while I typically appreciate communication from a host, this particular unit is managed by a group (Knutson and Associates) who called to check-in on my stay, then asked if I was interested in viewing properties for sale in the area. Not my ideal pastime on vacation… Overall, the property is nice and clean (although it boasts newly renovated, but has laminate flooring with broken seams, so probably hasn’t been renovated super recently). The chore list is minimal (wash dishes and take out trash). The location is very close to downtown and many restaurants. If you don’t mind dealing with a property management group, then I would recommend staying here. If you are interested in renting from an individual, then this probably isn’t the right place for you. ##### Stephanie J. Internet instructions were clearly posted. Place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nice view from dining seating for enjoying sunsets, cruise ships, parasailers..... Great location for walks through town restaurants, shops and mini beaches. Enjoyed the pool - usually had it all to myself. Clean! Clean and very inviting! On arrival the room smelled fresh and clean. The view out the big glass door was awesome. Had everything we would need.
