Stunning ocean views, just steps from lively nightlife and the best of Island fare, this 2 bed, 1½ bath, beautifully updated condo awaits you. Enjoy watching boats, paddlers and soothing waves from your lanai, while sipping your morning coffee, or catch the legendary Kona sunset over an evening cocktail. Enjoy a short stroll to shops, restaurants, and a lively farmers market – no need to worry about driving or parking – or venture out to Big Island attractions from a prime location! At the end of the day, relax in the refreshing pool, and take advantage of pool-side BBQ facilities surrounded by lush Island flowers and wildlife. This two-story, townhome-style condo opens into a spacious main floor, boasting a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and all new appliances. The modern kitchen, with ocean views, overlooks an open living space with large screen TV, and ample seating for the whole family.
