Welcome to unit #1-203 at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! Knutson & Associates Property Management is so proud to be newly representing this absolutely breathtaking unit. #1-203 is a gorgeous, newly remodeled 2nd floor unit in the wonderful Oceanfront Building#1 at Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club. Completely remodeled from top to bottom, the attention to detail is incredible.  
  
Building 1 is incredibly special because of its location within the development. The topography for this oceanfront building is unique due to its position on the land. The Direct Ocean View ground floors units in this building are more prominent vs the buildings to the South.

Direct oceanfront views from this bedroom! Shoji doors separate this bedroom from the Living Room & can be opened to allow a much more open feeling floor plan. There is a pullout sofa in the living room for 2 little ones, or 1 adult.  
  
You can comfortably sleep 6 people total in this luxury condominium.  
  
Notable features as of 2025:  
~Newly updated kitchen with quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint, custom woven wood blinds throughout, memory foam-topped beds, a large flat-screen TV, keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, and included beach and snorkel gear—everything you need for a perfect coastal retreat.  
  
The unit has a wonderful open floor plan. You will have an incredible time staying at this beautiful unit!  
  
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting; a tennis pro is on hand daily for lessons or game improvement coaching.  
The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.  
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.  
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.
