The air conditioning was great as it was humid and in the 80F range during our visit at the beginning of November. The ocean side pool area is a great place to watch the sun set and view the ocean. From the covered parking, there are three steps up to a landing and the entrance door and then 13 steps up to the second floor unit. There is excellent security. My kids didn't want to leave, they were so comfortable there. I especially loved the back deck, listening to the ocean and birds singing all while sipping my coffee. Even though there were other units surrounding us, the back deck made me feel magically alone in paradise. ##### Jean S.
