This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath single-level villa is centrally located on the Resort’s popular Waiulu Street overlooking beautiful Punawai Pond, the 5th Hole of the Member’s Ke\`olu Golf Course and the ocean beyond. With 1854 square feet of living space, additional lanai with built-in barbecue, this villa sleeps 4 and is an easy 3-4 minute cart ride to the Hualalai Sports Club & Spa, Golf Club and Four Seasons Hotel. Bedroom configurations include: Primary Bedroom – King Bed, Flat Screen TV, En-suite bath with large soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, dual vanities. Guest Bedroom - 2 Twins, Flat Screen TV, En-suite bath with combination tub/shower and single vanity. Enjoy all the conveniences of home with high speed wireless internet access, full size washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen with all you need to entertain. One four-person golf cart is included to easily access the Resort amenity facilities. This villa has been professionally designed providing an upscale, sophisticated, yet comfortable feel. Four Seasons Resort Access: Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13\. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13\. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. The beds/sheets/towels are all above average quality. The bathrooms are very comfortable with Toto washlets. The kitchen has all the gadgets you need (other than cooking supplies) and a built in coffee machine. All in all a great place that's well appointed for a family. We were two adults and two kids and had plenty of space. Perfect for a family getaway.
