This 3rd floor corner unit features a wraparound lanai facing west and south for full, unobstructed ocean views and the best possible breeze! The unit has been beautifully updated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay on top of the ocean. Central air conditioning keeps the unit comfortable, especially on those warmer days and nights. The most up-to-date internet/wifi equipment' features high speed wifi, a necessity for "working" remotely where Zoom conference calls may be necessary. Watch never-ending spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your lanai. Amenities include: Small appliances include a hair dryer and iron. Designated parking stall at no charge This unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. It may or may not have some snorkel gear that was left by previous guests. We do not provide snorkel gear. Non-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here. The ocean is teeming with life! The view is probably the best on the island and location is within walking distance from town and many restaurants and attractions. We tried to reach out to the property manager with a couple of questions and concerns and we were told that someone would be getting back to us but no one ever did. Nicely decorated with everything we needed from soap to shampoo to beach chairs and beach towels. King size bed was very comfortable. Wrap around Lanai was great and right next to ocean. It’s right on the ocean, almost like you’re sitting on the edge of the sea. It has everything you need for a great time at the beach and a well stocked kitchen. The wrap around lani is breathtaking. Because it’s right on the ocean, you get a great breeze, almost windy. The unit is fairly updated, however, the bed could use an update/upgrade as the mattress is a firmer inner spring.
