This 3rd floor corner unit features a wraparound lanai facing west and south for full, unobstructed ocean views and the best possible breeze! The unit has been beautifully updated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay on top of the ocean. Central air conditioning keeps the unit comfortable, especially on those warmer days and nights. The most up-to-date internet/wifi equipment' features high speed wifi, a necessity for "working" remotely where Zoom conference calls may be necessary. Watch never-ending spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your lanai. Amenities include: Small appliances include a hair dryer and iron. Designated parking stall at no charge This unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. It may or may not have some snorkel gear that was left by previous guests. We do not provide snorkel gear. Non-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here. The ocean is teeming with life! Sit on your lanai and watch spinning dolphins year around and humpback breaching just offshore during the winter and spring months. Turtles and eels find plenty of sustenance in the tide pools.
