Great location—the property is conveniently located. You can’t necessarily walk to the downtown areas—sidewalks are practically non-existent, and it’s about a 25-30 minute walk. However, it’s a quick drive and still well located. The apartment felt smaller than I anticipated. The apartment was clean, but a little dusty. The property may have been unoccupied for sometime.
