The unit had everything we needed from linens and towels, to all basic kitchen necessities, to beach must-haves (towels, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc.), to ocean facing lanai where we had every meal, to ocean side pools and BBQ! We were within 10 minute drive of 3 types of beaches that had fun waves, awesome snorkeling, or a calm lagoon with watercraft rentals. Tom was available and attentive! Specific unit was exactly what we needed including a kitchen allowing us to save money on meals. It's a couple miles from the main area downtown, close enough for a walk if you're up for it but far enough away that you're not impacted by the hustle and bustle of the downtown activity.
