I’ll never do business with anyone represented by them (Vacasa) ever again. It took me 2 days just to get ahold of someone about the TV not working. I had to unhook and unplug all the wires and cables, replug set it up again myself because every representative I talked to kept passing the buck saying they actually didn’t manage the particular condo I was renting. I fixed the problem myself. It took me 4 days to get someone to help me with the non functioning washing machine. The representative told me to go to the laundromat and do my laundry there and they would reimburse me later. Just what I want to do on my vacation. The icing on the cake was the next door condo being remodeled the last 4-5 days I was there and having to listen to the power tools and saws all day. The condo was clean, conveniently located, and comfortable. This spot is easy to maneuver in and out. There is a stairwell right near the spot. There is a clicker in the small bowl on the counter. We had to learn to hold it at the right spot for the gates open. We had a great stay. ##### rhonda s.
