Tout était parfait! Bien situé, propre, bel environnement Mais attention, les informations sont inexactes. 2 mois avant, on peut annuler, ce n,est pas vrai. J'ai voulu annuler une journée sur les 3 avant la date limite et c'était impossible. Premièrement, on ne m'a répondu que 10 jours plus tard, donc naturellement ce n'était plus possible. En plus, elle m'a dit que c'était impossible. L'annonce est donc inexacte. Mais avant 1 mois, on pouvait à 50% mais encore la, aucune nouvelle de la propriétaire. Alors faites attention et soyez certain si vous faites ce choix. J'ai donc payé pour 3 nuits mais je suis resté que 2 nuits. Ca revient cher la nuit! J'ai contacté VRBO 5 fois, et personne n'a résolu le problème. On me disait qu'on appelerait mais aucun retour de leur part. VRBO n'a pas un bon service à la clientèle. ##### Sylvie B. Also, during our stay, there was rarely someone at the front seat which makes getting help difficult. CeCe the property owner was amazing and very helpful. We just had to ask all our questions over messages due to the absent desk attendant. ##### Carmen L. Please use the communication app which I was having trouble with… Also, I was hoping for early check-in as nobody was in the room, but That took a while and the host did not seem accommodating. So that was the only real negative to the experience. ##### Ray L. Extremely close to restaurants and shops. Studio was clean and compact the only downside was no good location to plug in my CPAP. Minor, since I slept well without it. The condo was a beautiful location, loved the view of the property, very tropical. the Room itself is just a room to sleep in , most of the time we spent exploring the island. The host, however, is cheap. No coffee in the room . Vo5 for shampoo. She will charge you extra for the use of the space and items there . It’s best not to go to the beach and track sand back into the house and please don’t use her towels or other amenities in the room otherwise she will charge you extra! I cleaned up some spilled coffee with the kitchen towel she had there and she wants me to replace it instead of just washing it . Same with the bath towels. We used them , She wants us to replace them instead of just washing them. She said we flooded the patio 😂 and sent a ridiculous picture of ice melting that we dumped out a small cooler. I thought the ice would dry up pretty quickly seeing how it’s so hot there but now she needs a deep clean for that and sweeping up some sand charging $75\. She’s absolutely ridiculous with her expectations. Definitely recommend the condo itself however avoid this room specifically because of the host . ##### Ria H. The top corner was warped from moisture causing having to slam the door making a lot of noise and then slam your shoulder in the door in order to secure from inside the apartment.
