This delightful property features a studio with a queen bed, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. The Condo was clean although it’s a bit hot when we first got in and have some musty smell, but it was clean, the only thing was we didn’t have hot water the first day we took shower, we contacted the owner and it was taken care right away and we found a couple of roaches, other than that it was overl a good, convenient walk through Ali’i drive where many bar and restaurants, the whole property needs a general clean up though! I appreciated that it was clean and was furnished minimally, but aptly. As others have posted in their reviews there is only one sink, so you have to wash your hands in the kitchen and there is a little hotplate to do your cooking. So don't plan on making anything too elaborate, but it suited my husband's and my needs wonderfully. The ambiance was total relaxed tropical vibes and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We were able to walk to so many places from where we were. My husband loved the hot water that lasted a good amount of time during his showers and I loved the air conditioning that was so needed after adventuring in the sun. The host was quick to get back to us if we had any questions and was very pleasant to work with. Overall I'd say that our stay was spectacular. ##### Brittney C. I enjoyed being in the front building. The only caveat is the parking situation -- I always plan my arrival for check in time and I don't leave the property in the evenings -- there are plenty of places to eat and shop walking distance from the property. I feel uneasy leaving a rental car on the street, so I just don't leave after I have gotten back from the days activities -- usually scuba diving.I'm not a "resort" person -- I just want a clean, convenient place to stay and I appreciate not having to pay for services that I don't use. ##### Karen N.
