My two caveats are 1) it’s listed as having air conditioning but I hadn’t noticed, down in the description, that it added there is only one window A/C unit in the master BR and nothing for the entire living area or second bedroom. A/C is why I rented it so this was very disappointing. 2) The second bedroom is separated from the living room only by some louvers which provided a certain amount of visual privacy but did not mute any sound.
