Summary: Overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean and situated on the 3rd floor, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront condo has to-die-for views along with tropical comfort and a sense of privacy. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances. The Space: Banyan Tree #305 features bamboo wood flooring and freshly painted interior, along with a spacious and well laid out floor plan, making this unit an ideal choice for families or couples. The living room has comfortable seating placed around a flat screen TV. Wifi is also provided for your convenience. Gather around for your favorite show at the end of the night. The couch in here also serves as a full-size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. A Ductless split air conditioning system is equipped to ensure you stay cool on those humid days. A washer and dryer are tucked away at the end of the kitchen, suitable for wet swimsuits after a trip to the pool or the beach. The kitchen has all appliances a chef would need to cook delicious meals. When dinner is ready, call everyone over to the dining table with seating for 4\. A patio table and chairs overlook the stunning blue ocean. This is the best spot to relax while watching the breathtaking sunset. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, has doors to the lanai, and an attached master bathroom. There is a sliding door to separate the master bedroom and living room. The guest bedroom is great for housing the kids with two Twin-size beds. There is also a guest bathroom for everyone to access. You can't beat the views from this condo on the beach. Great place to stay while exploring the Kona coast. Has everything you need in the kitchen, we had breakfast on the lanai each day watching the surf. Very close to a great snorkel beach, close to lots of places to eat in Kona. Pool is clean and quiet and overlooks the ocean. We usually were the only ones there. BBQ by the pool was a nice bonus. My only wish is that it had A/C , and some beach towels. ##### Brian H. The area is a quiet residential neighborhood, with vacation condos along the shoreline. There is a small public beach next to the condo that provides easy access to the water and is a very popular surf spot. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom had air conditioning which was wonderful. A large lanai overlooking the ocean view where we could watch the sunset and watch the surfers in the early morning and in the evening just before sundown. Check in and check out was super easy. It's absolutely beautiful and very clean. I packed several items such as a blender, stereo etc. When we showed up at the property… All of these amenities were available. There was also a DVD player. Nov 25, 2016 #### Very nice and at water's edge The condo is very nicely decorated, and seems to have been recently redone with lovely bamboo floors, tile, granite. Windows open to the lanai right above the crashing waves. When it gets a bit warm in the late afternoon, the pool is wonderful for cooling off, and the soft breezes through the open windows cool everything down. Just far enough away from the most congested part of Ali'i Dr, but still conveniently close. Very clean. Well-stocked kitchen. Jan 24, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Can't beat that view! Condo had a breathtaking view that just can't be beat! We watched whales and surfers from the lanai and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Inside layout of condo was done well with very good use of the space. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you can think of. A/C worked great and there were plenty of ceiling fans as well. Check in was easy and instructions very clear. The only downside was that the condo is definitely showing wear and tear (flooring, bathrooms) and it could have been cleaned a bit better. There was mold on the shower curtains and I found interesting things underneath the bed from previous tenants. But overall it was a wonderful stay that I would definitely recommend. ##### Darlene Y.
