There were 9 in our family and 5 of us stayed in this unit, the other 4 in a unit in the same building. It was clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable, and the AC was a plus. Great views from both sides being a corner unit. Lots of beach gear. Keep in mind this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevators, but we did not find that to be too much of a problem. Jacque was was very responsive and helpful. The complex is conveniently located, has a nice pool and tennis courts, and lovely grounds. Would definitely stay in this unit again. ##### John H. Séjour de 5 nuits en février 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Vic S. 17 déc. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful Oceanfront This is a corner unit with decking and windows/doors providing beautiful oceanfront views to both the west and north. Bedding and furnishings are both tasteful and comfortable. Well supplied with beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis rackets, coolers, etc. There's no A/C, but ceiling and floor fans are plentiful and kept things cool. It's located in a resort with full access to a nice pool and tennis courts. The location is a couple minute drive to a large shopping center with a major market and several good restaurants. Nearby is an interesting archeological site, good snorkeling spot, and Magic Sands beach. A few more minutes drive gets you into Kona. We really enjoyed our stay -- highly recommended! ##### Vic S. Could use a little updating but the layout, space, and view were outstanding! Waves crashing right outside the window. Plenty of room for family gatherings. Lanai cannot be beat. Saw a number of other units in the complex, ours was by far the best. We would absolutely stay there again, and are very happy we booked it. TONS of snorkeling equipment. This property was perfect for our family. We could walk to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It’s a short drive to the downtown strip of restaurants as well. The view is amazing! We love that it was gated and quiet as well. We did buy an extra fan because it gets warm in the afternoon. It does cool off by 9-10 pm for sleeping. The kitchen was great, very well stocked. The tv was frustrating, we called everyone on the list that was provided for help, finally one person was able to help us get it to turn on, but something definitely is wrong with the remote and the directions that are provided didn't work/help. The tracks for the glass doors and the screens have some issues. Overall the unit is in a great location and beautiful. ##### Nancy L. The condo is nicely and fully equipped so you only need to bring your swimsuit! Love the wrap-around lanai, so peaceful waking up here to sit and watch the ocean (dolphins!) going-ons… love watching the paddlers. Amazing sunsets! One drawback might be the third floor walk up - was good for us (especially with all the good food! Good grocery store and restaurants nearby…), but could be a problem for others who cannot walk steps well. The sliding lanai doors were a bit difficult because of the salt air, but they need help.
