The perfect oasis for a cup of coffee in the morning and evening cocktails. Accommodations include a king size mattress in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed(not pictured) in the living room(good for one adult or 2 kids). There is also a pack and play for those with infants. The condo is tiled throughout and has a washer/dryer. The condo is conveniently located walking distance to historic downtown Kailua-Kona. Free parking. There are some beach essentials: snorkel gear, 2 folding beach chairs, coolers, sand bucket and toys. Everything in town was within a mile walk. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. The bed was just right and we slept well. Parking was easy and always available. Beautiful sunsets from the pool area. Favorite restaurant was Quinn’s Almost by the See. Great food and even better music.AC was in the living room only, but ceiling fans kept air moving and the entire unit cool. Target Safeway and Walmart are close by (2 miles) for groceries.
