This Hawaiian theme studio is a permitted short term rental unit located a short block from world famous Kailua Bay. Less than two miles to charming Kailua Town with boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries. Whole Foods, Japan Express and much more. Our accommodation has all the modern comfort features such as Split System A/C, 42” TV, Washer/Dryer, Apartment Size Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, and Microwave. Super Comfortable King Size Bed with memory foam topper. Extremely Clean (Our crew launders the pillows between each rental). Beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards are provided. We loved the 2 recliners which made us feel at home after each days adventure. We stayed here for seven days and would definitely come back. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the private side of Kailua Beach, which was our favorite beach we visited across the whole island. It saved me the trouble of doing laundry every day.The electric heater was not powerful enough to boil water, so we made ramen in the microwave. We also used a measuring cup to boil water by microwave. Hooray for microwaves!The only thing that bothered us was the sound leakage. We could hear the voices and sounds of the owner's family in the next room. We were careful not to bother them with our noise.I think this is the best place to stay in Kailua, where there are no hotels. ##### Kazuhiko K. This is our second time at this property. Great location… just short walk to the most beautiful beach. Very comfortable bed. Very nice location and a 5 minute walk to the beach which we appreciated when we went there for Sunrise each morning. Bed is very comfortable and the cottage is well equipped with everything you need. Apprecated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Owner, Andrea met us on arrival and was available to us throughout the stay. She is very nice and helpful for any questions you may have. A suggestion is that you might consider renting a smaller vehicle as the driveway for parking is narrow and you need to navigate past 2 parked vehicles.
