South Bays Cottage is situated less than 100 metres from the boat ramp and also the main Marina. This 2 bedroom cottage has been totally renovated inside with modern appliances. Unlimited Broadband is included. The main bedroom has a queen bed and sliding doors to outdoors. The other bedroom has a queen bed with a trundler bed that can pull out to use if required. Ideal for kids with a large area to run around and a fully enclosed trampoline to play on. Fishermen will be happy with off street parking for a boat and car. This cottage backs onto reserve land.

Lovely little property - perfect size for a family of 4. Super warm and cozy. Given it relies on previous occupants to clean it wasn’t super clean on arrival (it was clear it needed a good vacuum), but all cleaning products are provided so not difficult to fix :)

Amazing location, has everything you need!
Loved our stay here! My two young kids and I had enough space to run around outside and all the comforts inside for when the weather shifted and we headed indoors. Close to all of the best parts of Kaikoura and just a short walk to the peninsula track. Loved our stay!

Property met all expectations. Homely and comfortable. Good communication from owner. Price great compared to local motels considering amenities and comfort. Lovely kiwi bach. Went up to kaikoura for a fishing charter so just a short walk to jetty and could leave car safely at the house. Thanks

A comfortable budget stay.
It suited us. Thanks. The bedroom curtain needs attention. It was very warm on arrival due to all windows closed in hot weather. We would like to have been told where to take our rubbish.

We have stayed there before its a great place to stay and very close to all things we wanted to do and love it, but we think the people before us could of had a pet with them white hair over things. I would stay there again.

Great location, perfect little bach.
Ideal for fishing/ surfing trips (literally a stones throw to the ramp). Really private location tucked down a drive way. Clean and tidy, great little spot.
