Lovely ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. Great golf course view. New flat screen 68" TV and DVD player in the living room, as well as a 42" flat screen TV and A/C in the bedroom. Free calling to US, Canada, Guam and Puerto Rico. Free wifi Renovated bathroom with walk in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Free parking located close by. All linens and towels are provided.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses, and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away form the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.**

We had a great time in the North Shore area. The Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay was a very clean, nice, and quiet area. The condo itself was clean upon arrival and convenient to all locations we visited. The only mishap we had was that we weren't able to connect to WiFi, which was very minor compared to all the great things we did in the area.

Beautiful view, great location however the Condo needed a good cleaning. Property wasn’t real dirty just not particularly clean. Considerable mold on shower grout. Departed early because of roaches.

Great spot. Nice and quiet with easy access to the beaches and walking trails. I was very excited to discover Kawela Bay. Highly recommend to check out some sea turtles away from some of the crowds. Easy to get in and out of and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great experience.

safe, clean and comfortable!

The unit worked very well for me and my husband.I loved the breezes coming through the from the patio and he appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. If we had any questions, the property manager was very helpful and friendly. The easy access to the stores and beaches at Turtle Bay resort was an extra bonus. I also appreciated that 10 pm -8am quiet time that was expected of guests.

Great spot for 10 days with an infant

Really loved the property! It was clean, minimal, and cozy. The patio opens up to the golf course, so we spent plenty of time out in the grass. The cross breeze was so nice. We hardly used the AC. While the kitchen had plenty of dishes, I do wish they had some basics like salt/pepper, cooking spray, etc. There was already ice in the ice cube trays, so that was nice. The washer is small and quick- perfect for a daily load of swimsuits and towels. There were plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc, but it was nice to be able to keep everything fresh with the laundry machines. Overall, we would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This is our third stay at Turtle Bay condos and we’ve enjoyed each stay. The unit has everything you need and is in very good condition. A couple of things need to be addressed but have notified the property manager directly. They did not affect our stay. Love the grounds, pool, beach and quiet neighbourhood. Definitely able to kick back and relax.
