It was very clean and had everything we needed including boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, pickle ball paddles, tennis rackets, and tennis balls. Before buying those items check at the house if they are still there! (some items were probably left by previous guests). Pots, pans, blender were in good order (bring stainless steel pans/pots if you don't cook with Teflon cookware though). The beds and pillows were comfortable, especially the king sized bed. The AC also worked great.There were some issues but they wouldn't prevent us from staying here again. Issues we had: ants in the condo, outlet in downstairs bathroom didn't work, fan in the downstairs bathroom was very loud, sliding back door didn't close properly, the handle of the freezer stuck out so that we hit our head/back on it after getting something in the fridge if we weren't careful, front door of condo closed very loudly and bothered the neighbors, we could have used some more pillows. ##### Breanne G. Place was clean, kitchen is fully stocked and much appreciated, frying pans are not usable, need to be replaced. Pool was great and parking was easy. Complex was very quiet. Host was very responsive. Make sure you read the instructions carefully prior to arrival because you need to pick up the gate fob from the owners house (just a few miles from the condo). ##### nicole c.
