Beautiful, updated one bedroom, two bath ground floor condo with tile floors throughout. Newly updated extended living room. Updated well appointed kitchen with modern appliances blending in nicely with the open, tastefully decorated living room with large HD TV . Updated bathroom off the master bedroom and 2nd bathroom off the hallway. Laundry center for added convenience. Less than 10 minute walk to the resort, beaches and restaurants. On 18th Fairway of the Fazio Course. Free Wifi and nation wide calling. Ground floor and wheel chair accessible. All towels and linens are provided. Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha! Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants. AC in bedroom is loud. No dining table to eat out of, just counter sitting by kitchen. There's a safe, but prop management does not have key or even know anything about it. No shampoo offered, only a tiny little bar of soap. Only positive thing is the location...walkable to Kuilima Cove beach. Not worth the price charged. ##### LILY T. Five stars for cuteness, cleanliness and amenities. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook - not your usual holiday rental kitchen. Also loved the little touches like beach towels, tote bag, dishwashing liquid etc. The complex is walking distance to the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay report, as well as the beach (across the golf course), and an easy drive to Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach, and so on. (Good to know: only the bedroom has AC and it doesn’t really make it to the kitchen/dining area. I would also like to make a constructive suggestion: blockout curtains. The sofa bed in the lounge room is quite comfy but the room is in broad daylight by 6 am because the current white curtains let all the light in. A cheap set of no-sew blockout curtains from IKEA would do the trick - same in the bedroom - for those of us who like to sleep in on holidays!) But otherwise, really lovely - thank you for having us. There is no reason not to post this:After staying at three different locations on the islands, we found this condo to be run of the mill at best. The fact that there was not an extra roll of paper towels, no coffee, sugar, creamer, laundry, pods, all of which were available at our other locations through VRBO . Bring your own soap as the tiny bars provided last only a day. 4\. A window mounted A/C unit in the bedroom only. The remainder of the unit has no A/C. 5\. The dishwasher did not work. 6\. The queen bed mattress is very dated and needs replacing. I guess I would suggest a few updates on the unit. The property was nice and our room had a pretty view of the golf course. Communication with the property manager was inconsistent, as I had to sign a document with the information of the people staying here and did not hear back but overall I had a great time. Close to just about any North Shore beach, including idyllic spots right in Turtle Bay. The condo is well kept, a great size, and has everything you need for a great getaway! Nice view of the golf course. 7-8 walk to Turtle Bay resort. Kitchen poorly equipped for cooking if that's your plan. Beach chairs, Towels, and umbrellas severally lacking. For a beach condo, that needs immediate improvement. Would also be nice if rental company provided small shampoos like most do these days. ##### Douglas I.
