Spectacular view from the balcony of our Villa. Ocean and pool view. There are some wear and tears can be seen in the Villa throughout, however, having a washer & a dryer is a huge bonus.

The apartment smells mold. Carpets, curtains and bed-sofa extremely old and dirty. It does not worth the amount of money that was charged. For this price, I was expecting at least a cleaner and newer place. Location is good, but the beach is very crowded with no space to rest on the sand. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The villa had a stunning view and had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful, pool was ample and I even used the BBQ area.

The bed and linen were dirty. When I pulled out the sofa bed the mattress cover was dirty and filled with crumbs. When i remove the mattress cover to wash it the mattress was filthy with all kinds of stains. When I pulled over the blanket it was also dirty. Als the freezer had a strong fish smell.

The property was as promised. It is more of a studio than a one bedroom. Not a problem, just didn’t realize this. The washer and dryer were helpful. Not having a dishwasher wasn’t a problem. Having access to the beach items was very helpful even though we rented a palapa and lounge chairs. The bed constantly squeaks because two of the three center supports are loose and leaning. This could cause the bed to loose it’s support under stress.

We stayed only two nights in Villa 102. The location was awesome, right next to the pool, and on the beach. The Villa was small, but had everything we needed. The Turtle Bay Hotel next door is also beautiful, and had plenty of restaurant options and lounges. The beach was beautiful as well, and the snorkeling was really good right there in the lagoon. The Villa provided beach chairs, and umbrellas, as well as a small ice chest. Overall a great experience.

The location cannot be beat, ocean front with access to the turtle bay resort restaurants and shops as well as the trails. Views were just stunning, you can watch the sunrise and set all from the same property. It’s quiet and peaceful and the great surfing spot next to the resort is so amazing! Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this property, I messed up thinking you could use the pools at the turtle bay resort but you cannot, they have a pool and hot tub although the hot pub wasn’t working. You dont have much time to do anything but eat and swim for a bit and same thing in the morning so If you stay make sure it’s for more then one night. There’s always a wedding after part right outside so it’s very loud through out the night The list of things they want you to do before leaving this place is crazy, you have to clean everything and wash the towels It’s all overrated

We agree that more than 1 night is ideal if possible as there are so many wonderful things to do and see on the North Shore! You cannot use the hotel pool, or currently their fitness center until it reopens for membership in early 2023, but you can still use the following amenities: horseback riding, helicopter tours, spa services, e-bike rentals, surfboard rentals, mountain bike rentals, hike and bike trails, snorkeling, etc! I'm sorry there happened to be a wedding on the one night you stayed at the Ocean Villas as most weddings are held on the other side of the resort. Our departure instructions are meant to be helpful but are not mandatory and we are sorry you found them to be cumbersome. We hope you still enjoyed swimming in the heated Ocean Villas pool, and dining at the fabulous restaurants!

Beautiful apartment, very well cared for and well equipped. Lots of families around the pool, which would not be ideal if you wanted real quiet, but we were out walking around and exploring most of the time, so it was fine. Being next to the beautifully redesigned hotel was wonderful. Not many restaurants or shops nearby beyond the resort--mostly just food trucks down the road, which are fun. Everything 'off campus' was closed by 8 pm Sunday, but hotel has a shop for little snacks, as well as nice restuarant. The owner provided a great list of recommendations and lots of helpful information--except about how to get cable TV, which we couldn't manage, although we appreciated their responsiveness by text message--at least they tried. We suggest more explicit instructions be left in the room, as is nicely done for other things.

The off season may be a nice time to travel if you are looking for a more quiet time to enjoy our property. There are 6 restaurants at the resort open to the public as well as 20-30 restaurants and shops in the nearby town of Haleiwa. Perfect North Shore getaway!
Amazing stay! Studio was actually very spacious for 3 of us, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean as soon as you walk out into the private lanai. The location was central to everything we wanted to check out in north shore. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!

Heaven is just a beach away!
Love this property and having stayed in the cottages several times we were beyond thrilled at how identical these condo’s were, only bigger! The pool was amazing, the beach access is perfect. Wish we would have booked it for much longer!

My friend came to visit from Denver and we had an awesome COVID get away... scenic walks and snorkeling while enjoying this luxurious condo. The beds are amazing and I highly recommend a bubble bath while all spas and amenities are closed.

Had to use another rooms wifi. I’m not sure if this is the reason but the internet wouldn’t hook up to the smart tv which did make relaxing nights not so relaxing with the kids since we couldn’t have movie nights like we planned. But other than that all was great!!!!
