You'll be just moments away from some of the world’s most famous beaches, including Sunset Beach, Velsyland, and Pipeline. Set within the prestigious gated community of Kuilima Estates East, this condo offers an array of premium amenities: two refreshing swimming pools (one just a short walk away), tennis courts, free parking, abundant guest parking, three air conditioners, and complimentary WiFi. This beautifully renovated condo is designed to provide a luxurious and comfortable stay. When comparing properties, you’ll quickly realize this condo stands out as one of the best at Kuilima Estates, offering a prime location that’s a short walk from Turtle Bay Resort and its beautiful beaches. Situated on the 2nd floor, just one flight of stairs up, this condo offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. It was nice to have the convenience of a full kitchen and washer and dryer. However, the bathroom towels didn’t seem very cleaned. Some were stained and discolored. We also found it odd that we were only given two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. Any items such as those or soap, body wash, etc were limited and any extra was on you to supply. We did find it very nice to have the ability to use the outdoor chairs and towels for the beach. This is a good option however there are much nicer condos available so next time we will do a little better searching for one. ##### Matthew A. The property is well stocked. The air conditioning works great to keep it cool. The loft stays cool as well. Neighborhood is quiet. Check in and locating the property is simple. Host was great.
