This is our second time staying at these condos and the first time staying in a three bedroom. The layout is good and you can’t beat the location to the beach, pool, and Turtle Bay Resort amenities. All the staff was very responsive to my text and phone calls which I appreciated. I have stayed in a lot of high end, VRBO rentals and if you are looking to stay an amazing location, this is a good choice. If you’re looking for a rental that has “extras” included like beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc) and kitchen items (spices, condiments, etc) speakers, games, etc, this would not be the condo unit to rent. I bought some of these items for our stay but many of my past rentals that cost 1000/night include these thoughtful extras. We enjoyed our stay but giving a little extra TLC to the condo I know would be much appreciated to future renters. Thank you! ##### Kathy B.
