The unit has pickleball paddles that you can use to play at the courts located in the community. The living room has brand new furniture, and we just installed a quiet split air conditioning system in 2019 for the living, kitchen, and loft area (primary bedroom has its own AC). The condo has a King platform bed in the primary bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the open loft bedroom. The condo gets great trade winds so the good news is you don't need AC very often, so you can relax to the feel of the beautiful Hawaiian air.. There are three flat screen TVs - located in the living room, and both bedrooms (the living room is a 40" HD TV & includes Showtime). Digital HD cable and WiFi are included. Additionally, we have a free, reserved parking space, Gated community and 24 hour security, our community and condo are 100% smoke-free, and we have 24/7 property management to ensure you have everything you need!
