'Aloha!' Perfect Location Near Beach & Turtle Bay Resort, File # 1990/NUC- 1964

Aloha! Great Location! Cool & Comfortable, single level ground floor condo unit with 'no stairs'. Close to the Turtle Bay Resort, Best Beaches, Pristine Ocean, Tidal Pools, Restaurants, and Golf Club House.

*The Newly Renovated Turtle Bay Resort is now owned by The Ritz Carlton. They are presently working on the Fazio Golf Course and it's scheduled to reopen in 2026.

This Kuilima Estates East condo unit is in a prime location that's very close to the resort. Right on the 18th fairway of the Resort's Fazio Golf Course, it's a short walk to the resort and the Pristine Turtle Bay Beaches. You could be surfing or having a Sunset Cocktail at the Resort's Pool Bar within a 15 minutes. Parking is free so you can also drive there at your convenience. The Golf Club House and Lei Lei's Restaurant (our favorite) is only a 2 minute stroll from your front door. This well equipped unit has everything you need to help make your vacation comfortable and convenient.

* The private bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, AC and it's own ensuite bathroom.
The living room has a brand new 3 seater American Leather sofa, an Ekornes stressless leather recliner and Air Conditioner.

* The 2nd, hallway bathroom is perfect for your visiting guests or children, with a shower & tub.

* Besides the King Bed in the bedroom, there are 2 quality fold up futons and 2 quality airbed mattresses to accommodate your children and friends.

The kitchen was lovely and fully equipped with everything you could think of. It was very large, clean, and modern. Loved the sofa that turned into a king size day bed. The mattress was extremely comfortable for my grown daughter. Also loved having two full bathes. We thoroughly enjoyed our say.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was beyond excellent; friendly, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. The condo was spotless, well stocked with linens, blankets, towels etc. The kitchen had everything you needed for easy cooking; pots & pans, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, coffee maker, & toaster etc. He even included beach extra's like: bogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs & towels. Perfect location and an easy walk the the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay! Such a delight. Highly recommend!!

Host was nice but didn’t disclose that there is construction about 200 yards away that was loud and noisy. A person was mowing and leaf blowing for a few hours on our first day there. We were trying to relax and sleep after our 20 hour travel time and trying to get away from hearing mowing all the time in our hometown. The lady that lived upstairs did not like us. Her and her family kept staring us down when we would see them in the parking lot. We also could hear her every move through the ceiling that is paper thin. It’s seemed like she was purposely stomping around to bother us more. Did not enjoy.

Great Place!

We loved everything about this stay! Check-in was super easy and the location is a nice short walk to the beach and close to the pool. The unit is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were there during a tsunami warning/evacuation and both the owner and property manager reached out to make sure we were ok and stayed in touch with updates throughout the evacuation period. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful home away from home..in Hawaii!

Communication with Kama was friendly and clear. He is so accommodating. The condo was just perfect for us and our children (12 and 14 years) with clothes washing (and drying) and really nice kitchen that was very well equipped.Comfortable living dining area with lovely patio looking onto unused golf course with native Hawaiian wader birds like plover, coot and stilt.The main bedroom bed was absolutely magnificent...size and design. We’re so glad we stayed here at the condo in Turtle Bay. My girls were all wishing we could have stayed there even longer, haha. It was close to beaches and all kinds of fun things to do all along the North Shore. We went to the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, a short drive away, Waimea Falls, and of course Turtle Bay Beach and resort, plus more! Definitely recommend staying here for a great time in Oahu!
