We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals over the years in many different locations. This is by far away the best we’ve ever stayed in. You can’t beat the 10th floor about 30 feet off of the ocean with turtles swimming directly below your balcony and whales breaching in the horizon. Not to mention the unit itself is beautifully appointed with updated furniture and a massive television. It also comes equipped with everything you need for the beach for six people: six backpack style beach, chairs, three umbrellas, three coolers and a plethora of Sandcastle making toys. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next visit! ##### Ben L. The 180 degree view from the balcony (and almost everywhere in the condo) is gorgeous. Saw lots of whale activity and some turtles. Appreciated the binoculars! Also appreciate the beach chairs and towels. Great communication from the property group. Very easy check in. Very comfortable. My only suggestion would be that they provide more cooking basics. Plenty of equipment, but only salt and pepper and coffee. I like to cook on my vacations but don’t like to have to buy even olive oil. But the food trucks were nearby so we definitely didn’t starve! The view was amazing. Observed a large variety of marine life. The management team were very nice and helpful. Our daughter and son-in-law raved about Augie’s assistance with their paddle boards during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was quiet. The kitchen had every amenity you could possibly need. The only negatives would be the cleanliness of our unit on arrival. The kitchen counters had a lot of crumbs from the previous occupants and had to be entirely wiped down. The bathroom cupboards have quite a buildup of dust on the edges that wouldn’t take very long to clean. I looked everywhere in the unit for a broom and dustpan, but never found one. You also have many glass topped surfaces but I couldn’t find glass cleaner. I don’t like streaks. One last thing would be to let renters know that the beach outside the resort is closed and shored up with huge bags. Management told us to go ahead and use the beach. Very difficult to maneuver for a 70 yo woman who recently had foot surgery. 90% of these negatives are easy fixes. Overall our stay was fantastic and I would recommend your unit. The lanai is amazing, and you will see lots of sea turtles and rainbows as you drink your morning coffee. I would have given 5 stars, but there isn't a beach close to the property unless you want to climb over sandbags. ##### Linda N. The condo had everything we needed plus more. Full kitchen, extra towels, etc. The condo was very clean and well kept. Beautiful ocean views and right on the beach. Staff was very nice and professional. I loved everything about this place. It is close to shopping and dining and not far from downtown Lahaina. We loved the wrap around lanai of this 10th floor property. Lots of windows and 2 sliding glass doors showed off amazing views. It was winter, so there were many whales to watch. Bring your binoculars! Plus turtles near the shore. We loved constantly hearing the ocean waves. The unit was very clean. The kitchen well stocked with nice knives and decent pans for eggs. The AC in the entire building is out and they are waiting for a part, but it was only warm in the late afternoons. There isn't much beach on/near the property, but most everyone has a rental car to go exploring anyway. The staff working on the main floor seemed helpful and friendly. ##### Amie S. A lovely quiet property very well equipped with whatever you need that has a fantastic view of the ocean. Several small cafes and stores within short walking distance. Only a view quick miles to Kaanapali Beach and Old Lahaina Town for more eating, shopping, beaches and tours! We would definitely stay here again! ##### Carol Z. Host is responsive and attentive to detail. We didn't miss a lack of A/C (cooling unit destroyed in December storms) in this west facing unit never directly in the sun this time of year. Going to Maui in January is a perfect time for whale watching. We saw numerous whales each day from the condos lanai. The oceans views from the condo were amazing. Short walk to a nice beach.
