You will be swimming and snorkeling with turtles and tropical fish off of the white sand beach of protected Keoni Nui Bay. There is a heated swimming pool that has an adjoining children's wading pool. Whether you want to create a meal from the fresh local fare in the well stocked gourmet kitchen or crave a burger prepared on the property's well-kept grills, your food will be seasoned with a view of the beautiful gardens, back dropped by the blue waters of the Pacific, and colorful sunsets framed by Lanai and Molokai. There is a communal herb garden near the pool that you can help yourself to. Nearby Kapalua offers two championship golf courses. The Plantation course hosts the first PGA event each year and the Bay course is sculpted along the coast with picturesque views. In the area, you'll find world class beaches, zip lines and a variety of shops and restaurants. Just south is Kanapali with "Whalers Village." There are outdoor malls, restaurants, water activities and more. The world famous Honolua Bay is a 15 minute drive away. During the winter go watch the greatest surfers in the world ride huge picture-perfect waves. The rest of the year, catamarans ferry snorkelers in from the surrounding resorts. The unit has AC in every room, 2 ocean view lanais/ balconies off the master suite and the living room. We also have an electric awning to give a little shade as needed. There is a 60" smart TV in the living area and free 5G Wifi if you don't want to venture too far off the grid. There are plenty of board games that will keep you entertained too. But you will quickly learn, the best entertainment is in the waters of Keoni Nui Bay. This unit has all the amenities of home with an amazing view. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the outdoor grills multiple times. There were beach chairs, toys and snorkel gear that we were not expecting. The pool was warm and very clean. The only downfall was that the tide was high and we weren’t able to use the beach at all. The location is great and an easy drive to other beaches in the area. We came for Spring Break and while being on the west side adds time to any Maui adventure, the sunsets were worth it. We enjoyed seeing a turtle on the beach, the pool was lovely and working with the Mary was easy. I appreciated the tips about the area both in email before we arrived and in the guest book. The unit was perfect for our family of 5 and the kids loved their room. There could be a few more cooking items - cup measures, trays for using the grill, a pineapple corer (wonderful tool). The property is just as advertised in the listing. The unit is thoughtfully stocked with everything you will need and many other extras. Location is nice - quiet area, less than a mile from Napili beach and shopping and restaurants at Napili plaza. Kaanapali beach and Whaler’s village are an easy 15 minute drive away. We loved our condo! It was perfect for our family of 4 with two teens. Gorgeous ocean/sunset/rainbow views (yes, there were frequently rainbows I could see out my window when i woke up in the am!). Kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need. Even really nice beach chairs/umbrella & boogie board/toys to take to the beach! Very clean, great location (we walked to the coffee shop each day), quiet and relaxing! Picturesque location and views.. . Loved the private beach and pool. Property was as described and was fully stocked with everything we needed. Property manager was responsive and graciously arranged a late checkout so we could enjoy an extra couple hours. Overall a perfect spot for our family’s first visit to Hawaii! ##### Carl L. We brought our family of six for my son’s graduation and it was perfect. All of the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The view is breathtaking from both balconies (one off of the master and one off of the living room). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We also appreciated the beach towels and sunscreen. We swam with the turtles and snorkeled every day in the bay. Excellent location to Kapalua and Black Rock. I would recommend. This condo was perfect for our small group. It was easy access to different activities. The grounds were beautiful.
