Beautiful onsen outside. Beautiful meals with gorgeous dishes and incredible personal service. Rooms were very comfortable and lovely. Some of the food was a bit odd for western tourists but there was more than enough to enjoy. We loved a day trip to Natadera. One of the most memorable temples we visited in Japan and the least crowded. Walk along the gorge also was nice. What a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel! ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Jan 2018 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller Apr 17, 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 舒適之旅 服務十分好。可以先電郵酒店安排加賀溫泉站至酒店的免費來回接送，回覆時間合理。餐點很美味，但份量對於女士來說太多。整體來説，十分好的體驗!! ##### Verified traveller ### 10/10 Excellent #### TC , Champaign, Illinois USA Jul 29, 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 我住過最好的旅館 花紫是在加賀溫泉的山中溫泉地區，我選擇它是因為根據網路它是加賀地區排名第一。 我經常在世界各國旅行，住過的旅館無數，這是我第一次投宿日式旅館(Rykon), 我確實被他們的周到，体貼及敬業折服了,我在花紫一共呆了四天三夜,第一天旅館的車到加賀溫泉驛接我們,當我們抵達旅館時已有三名服務人員在大門九十度鞠恭歡迎我們。 一下車服務人員便接過全部行李，仔細的送到房間安置,還在行李下鋪了一片墊子,以防弄污了塌塌米。我們的招待叫Yuriko,她的英文非常流利(曾到英國留學),仔細的介紹房間的設備給我們,花紫一共只有28間客房，大致都相似,我們的客房非常廣敞且舒適，大約25坪左右,除了很大的一間塌塌米客房(晚上則成為睡房),陽台客廳,小泡茶間及衛浴設備外，另有一間按摩室,進入客房首先須走過一道日式庭園造景的石階,簡單中表現出氣派。 安頓妥當,Yuriko便去端來茶及甜點,著正式和服的她服務態度非常優雅,完全像我們電影中所見的謙虛態度,Yuriko 也告訴我們三天的住宿，她會負責我們的一切 (在旅館的介紹，她是我們的agent)。 我們的晚飧預定6:00,不到時候,Yuriko指派了另一位年輕的男士(Arkio)來房門口接我們去飧廳, Arkio 亦曾留學,英文很好,Yuriko則忙著安排我們的晚飧,晚飧的地點是在三樓,非常寬廣,布置很好我們分配到一間包廂,之後三天這包廂就專屬我們,早晚都同一間,晚飧是十道菜的懷石料理,每一道菜都像一件藝術品,對一個曾經吃過大小晏會的我，我還是得折服的說,這是我吃過最好的料理。這飧一直到9:00才結束。 在我們晚飧時,服務人員已經把我們的房間的床舖鋪好了，稍事休息後我們便去洗個溫泉, 當晚我們睡得非常的好,第二天一早我們又回到原來的地方吃早飧, Yuriko已經在那邊等待, 早餐非常豐富大概有十二道菜, 我不經好奇的問Yuriko是几點起床，看她要擺完這一桌的早飧,加上自己要穿載那正式的和服一定要起個大早,果然她5:30便起床了。計算一下,她一晚可能只睡5-6鐘頭,又是佩服他們的吃苦耐勞。我周圍看看十多個著和服的男女服待,都和昨天晚飧同一班人，這種精神難怪日本戰後可以迅速恢復。 在我們吃早飯的時候服務人員又已經把我們的房間的床舖收走恢復原狀。 吃完早飯以後我們打算去去外面走走,服務人員又已經把我們要穿的鞋子擺在門口,還加上個名牌說明是我們的鞋子,這樣細微的服務真是叫人不得佩服。 加賀及山中地區主要是溫泉,但也有一些地方可以去走走,吃得飽飽,泡得暖暖,活動活動,如果去恢復疲勞及充電,我建議大家可以考慮。 用寫字板寫中文、花了我很多時間、但我一直忍耐中文輸入的困難,因為這樣的服務和這些敬|業的人須要鼓勵。 希望大家都有福分去體會這樣的文化。 為了表示負責，我特別具名發表。 高聰忠 伊利諾州大學教授 ##### TC ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller Jul 7, 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort Excellent meals with meticulous attention to both taste and presentation. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great traditional Onsen Ryokan, just prior reservation, hotel will send someone free to JR Kaga Onsen Station Shuttle, want to experience authentic Onsen Ryokan person must experience a Two Meals, if you want to experience the three Kaga Onsen people to stay at least three days in Kaga, to fully experience the authentic Japanese culture! Service personnel super cordial! Very large suite with comfy futons laid out at night. Outdoor onsen on the top floor has stunning views of the river and mountains. Delicious many course meals in a beautiful dining area- quite magical.
