This was our first time in Vienna. We chose the Marriott and were not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The buffet breakfast is excellent and varied. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.😊

Fantastic property. The check in was a breeze. Our breakfast was included and ParkRing has a great breakfast spread. All the major attractions are walkable. The staff was very helpful. They have a nice bar called Cascade with excellent bartender. We spent every evening unwinding after doing touristy things. I would highly recommend this place.

Breakfast buffet was great, expansive selection of items Rooms were a bit small, but to be reflected for Europe. Ideal location, also conveniently one of the stops for the big bus tour. Service staff at the breakfast were super nice, very friendly Service staff at reception and concierge could be more customer friendly. The only two who were friendly were Faye and Nina. Others were a bit cold and unhelpful.

Very central location. Hop off Hop on bus right outside the front door. It would have been nice to have had a few extra channels on the tv in English as it is an American chain of hotels. Its location is excellent, which is in a walling distance to major attractions of Vienna. Hotel staff are very friendly, particularly Julia always gave people warm greetings and smiles people during breakfasts always. Across the street from the city park, the hotel is clean and quiet.

I agree with some of the other reviews. This is the lowest quality Marriott I have experienced. It’s more like a 3 star. Instant coffee, old towels, old carpet. Definitely needs upgrading. Room smelled musty too.

Excellent location, good size room with all the amenities you need. Housekeeping very good. Overall a great place to stay. Slightly let down by a couple of waitresses at breakfast who made me feel uncomfortable requesting a coffee refill. This happened on 2 of the 4 breakfasts we had.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Vienna, which was well located and had good facilities. The swimming pool facilities was a much needed facility on a very hot week in Vienna and was great fun for the kids. Breakfast was also excellent and the staff went out of their way to help including hot chocolates for the children. Staff were impeccably polite and helpful and really went beyond to make out stay great. Whilst the room and beds were very comfortable we did have a few issues. The AV equipment was not working on arrival and needed to be fixed during the stay as this had not been picked up. The bathroom had very limited toiletries and housekeeping did not replace items when fully used, which was a little disappointing and not really in keeping with the rest of our experience.
