"Very efficient and welcoming staff. I had to book my stay less than a day in advance, they were able to accommodate my room requests and arranged for an airport pick up. The room is very well equipped, amenities are great. The hair tools were fantastic and I wish I was staying longer to take advantage of the pillow menu selection and the restaurant. It was a very comfortable and restful night Definitely adding Zalkind to the list of favorites in Minsk. "

"Our stay at The Basilian was truly astonishing and exactly what we needed. After a lackluster experience with Hilton in New York, this property completely brought us back to the brand. The hotel itself is stunning, but the staff are the real standouts—they were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. My only minor critique is the breakfast; we found it wasn't competitive in price or value for money compared to the rest of the experience, so we only used it for one morning. Aside from that, it was a near-perfect stay!"

"The location of the house was excellent, truly outstanding. The house was clean; however, we did notice some small insects in the kitchen. It might be helpful if certain items (such as dishwasher tablets) were placed in more visible spots. The size and overall comfort of the house were also very good. Apart from the few points I mentioned, it is a place where you can feel peaceful and warm, just like at home. It is also very close to public transportation."
