Very pleasant House opening onto its terrace and small garden with swimming pool. Bright and pleasant to live in. It comprises 4 rooms: a double bedroom with 160cm bed and shower room on the ground floor, wc. Living room opening onto terrace, garden and swimming pool, jacuzziOpen, fully-equipped kitchen (American oven/fridge, hob, Nespresso coffee machine). Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, the other with a 140cm sofa bed and a 90cm bed, and a bathroom with bath and wc. Bright and airy. The living room opens onto the terrace and garden. Air-conditioned, it has all modern comforts  
Private parking and several visitor parking spaces on site.  
Ideal for friends. Family. Parties not permitted
