Located only a 20-minute drive from the University of Michigan and the center of Ann Arbor, this home is a convenient option if your attending an event in the area. If you have the time, feel free to explore the historic downtown Ypsilanti and Depot Town nearby. Additionally, the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport is in close proximity, about a 20-minute drive. The posted rate includes 2 guests. We allow up to 8 guests maximum. The half bath in primary bedroom was tiny but at least it was there. The not good—the house smells musty. The second bedroom is a full size bed (not a queen) and the other rooms are twins so it’s an uncomfortable house for more than one couple. The backyard was a disaster—huge branches from a tree laying all over and yard (front & back) hadn’t been mowed in weeks. Obviously there had been a storm at some point but the neighbors had cleaned up their stuff. It was “updated” but everyone was done very cheaply & no attention to detail. In a quiet neighborhood, with an awesome backyard, very cozy living room with wraparound couch, 4 bedrooms to accommodate many and a great kitchen, plus amenities like coffee & tea so we didn't have to shop!! We weren’t looking for luxury, just a place to hang with family. This fit the bill with lots of sleeping space. The house was roomy, plenty of beds, very well stocked, clean and comfortable, and communication with the owner was excellent. We knew it was close to Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti attractions, but surprised it was only a half hour drive to downtown Detroit. Great bike trail just down the road and also very close to Ford Lake Parks. Looking forward to staying here again when back in Michigan to visit family. ##### Ron M.
