Just a 15-minute drive from Jurien Bay Jetty, our tiny house is a great spot for relaxing water activities. Discover the beauty of this region, with Sandy Cape and Sandy Cape Recreation Park. Explore the iconic limestone formations of the Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park and the scenic lookouts of Lesueur National Park. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. Guest Access: Guests can access to the tiny home and its surroundings, except for the blue barn shed. Getting Around: By car: \- From Perth to jurien bay is 2.5 hrs. 250klm \- My property is located 15 mins out of jurien town in a semi rural area. \- 2wd. 4wd By public transport: \- One local taxi. Other Things to Note: \- Guests must provide a local contact number for emergency communication \- No smoking allowed on the property \- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. \- BBQ is a gas bottle, please clean up after using it. \- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. \- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. We spent most of our time outside in the BBQ area which is great at night under the festoon lights. Its a great spot to base yourself and explore Jurein, with all the great fishing, crayfish and beaches. The best in the little unit is exceptionally comfortable and the hosts very attentive.
