The recent exterior remodeling is complete on our building with the installation of new landscaping. We have completed a remodel with all new bathrooms in the two master suites, a completely new kitchen, and updated third bath, and all new flooring. Our location is ideally situated in the midst of the Jupiter Beach area's many attractions and within walking distance to the beach, pool, theaters, restaurants and shopping. The condo updates also include new furniture, wood floors on the second level, kitchen equipment, new beds, new blinds, window treatments, and we replaced all the windows and doors with Low E and high impact hurricane ratings. We also replace the air conditioning system with a high energy efficiency unit. The 1800 SF (according to appraisal) condo, two-story upper villa consists of the following rooms: Main Floor \* Living room – sofa, love seat, easy chair - seats 6 adults comfortably \* Dining room – table seats 6 \* Breakfast bar - with two bar stools \* Kitchen – Quartz counter tops and fully equipped including dishwasher, built in microwave, Washer/Dryer. \* Master suite – King bed with en suite full bath \* Corner bedroom – Two twin beds adjacent to full bath Upper Floor \* Master suite – king bed with en suite full bath \* Loft area – seating area with queen size sleeper sofa \* Sun deck – patio table seats six We love this area because of the short walk to Jupiter Beach, two restaurants in walking distance, The Twisted Tuna open for lunch and dinner and Duke's Lazy Loggerhead Cafe at Jupiter Beach for breakfast and lunch. Close by are other excellent restaurants, Food Shack, Nature's Way Cafe, Casa Mia, Papichulos, Burger Fi, Andalucia, and Utiki. A Publix Super Market is just a few minutes away, and The Harbourside complex of restaurants and shops are less than a 5 minute drive. Starbucks is close by. We love the fact that we cannot hear traffic. Some points of interests are the Jupiter Lighthouse and Museum. The Maltz theatre is close by with Broadway quality entertainment. If you are up for a drive go to Palm Beach Island to see the mansions and look at the shops along Worth Avenue which is our Rodeo Drive. Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is not too far away. The Norton Museum in West Palm Beach has more than 7600 works of art. I highly recommend the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach. It is a drive but if you go there take the slow route home by the ocean, it's worth it. For shopping other than Worth Avenue there is Palm Beach Garden Mall with both the known general brands and also high end brands. Rosemary Square area id also loaded with shops and great places to eat. We reached out to the property manager who let us know that the brown liquid was from a roof leak. Upon further investigation we did see water damage in the cabinet. However, seeing as myself and my friends are a bit OCD about cleanliness, we were a little disconcerted with this find. The next morning, I encountered a roach in the kitchen which only added to our trepidation. And the following day we found ants in the bathroom located by the kitchen. We did reach out to the property owner and manager. They did say they have a pest control service and they would let them know they needed to come out and treat again. We did find the rest of the condo to be clean, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. It was nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. I can't say that I wouldn't stay again, but I would be making sure the pest control has been done and the roof leak fixed. We wanted to be close to the beach and have ample room to chill out and relax. The condo was extremely clean and well appointed. Directions were clear and we had everything we needed. Very clean unit perfect For a group. Bring soap for bathing. Condo is well appointed and spacious. Great location next to huge park and just a short walk to the beach. Weather was unusually cold half the time, but we found fun beach alternatives in the area.
