It is absolutely perfect in terms of comfort, location, and responsiveness of the owner. The neighborhood is quiet but everything you can want is within walking distance. We lounged by the pool on the days we weren’t at the beach or nearby Roger Dean Stadium. At night, the fire pit was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while watching the stars come out. We spent most of our time outside but the inside was equally as nice. Beds were so comfortable, best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. And the shower - I am not exaggerating when I say that it was the most wonderful ever. Seriously, I would have never thought that I would be so in love with a shower! The kitchen was equipped with everything you need but, for us, the outside grill got the most workout. We have rented through HomeAway (VRBO) for years and I can very assuredly say, Kay is the absolute best person that we have ever dealt with! She responded immediately to any message or request we had. She lives on site (front of house) and had so many great suggestions for things to do in the area. She checked in with us to see if we needed anything but never imposed on us in any way. She is one of the kindest, most pleasant and hard working women I’ve ever met.
