Hibiscus House is a private pool home, low allergen, 1650 sq ft 3 bedroom with 3 KING Beds, 2 bath single level family home in the heart of Jupiter and only 3.9 miles drive to Jupiter Beach. There is a wonderful private pool & Hot Tub. You have your very own private putting green to please the golfers! Plenty of space and fully equipped for a wonderful vacation.  
This home has tiled floors throughout the main living areas and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter seating. All 3 spacious bedrooms have luxury King size beds and large flat screen wall mounted Samsung TV's. There is a wonderful fully fenced private heated pool with sun shelf (perfect for little ones in the pool), colored LED lighting, 6-person Hot Tub and outdoor covered BBQ grill area where you may spend your mornings enjoying the warm Florida sunshine with a nice cup of cappuccino or enjoy the lovely tropical evenings with a nice cold glass of champagne! This home is fully equipped and filled with all the luxuries of home. There is a large flat screen in the beautiful living area, and in every bedroom for your convenience. The beach is 3.9 miles away where there is plenty of free parking. A number of restaurants are within a short walk, Duffys Bar & Grill, I-Hop, Starbuck's, Panera Bread, Applebee's, Tijuana Flats and many more. There are also many waterfront restaurants with outdoor seating nearby.  
Very quiet neighborhood. You can walk to a number of restaurants all within a 5 -10 minutes , Duffys Bar & Grill, I-Hop, Starbuck's, Panera Bread, Applebee's, Tijuana Flats and many more.   
Creek Park is also a couple minutes' walk from the home, and offers basketball courts, open green space, soccer field, playground including play structure, baseball diamond & picnic pavilions, also great for bird watching and nature walks.  
Please note: all POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.   
\*Please note: Arrivals later than 9pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee.   
Pool heat is $50 per day. Please note can take 24 hrs for the pool to heat depending on the weather. Note pool will be clean upon arrival and cleaned once a week. Extra cleaning is charged at $95.00 per request.  
Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.

This property is just as advertised. The pool is very nice and plenty of outdoor seating all of which is in good shape. Everything was clean and well maintained. We will be back

#### Jupiter Vacation

The house did not disappoint. Updated, well designed/decorated and very comfortable. It was also one of the cleanest rental properties I have ever stayed in. The pool was great for relaxing in the afternoon. Having never been Jupiter, we didn’t know what to expect but the location was excellent. Tons of restaurants/shopping close by. Jupiter beach is beautiful and only 3-4 miles away. There are countless other activities you can do all within a 10-30 minute drive. I highly recommend Hibiscus House and hope to get back soon.

#### Perfect atmosphere everything you could possibly need!

We were looking for a getaway to a warmer weather climate where we could just be a family. The house is exactly as advertised, located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything you may need and beautifully decorated and comfortable. The beds are also extremely comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The outdoor area was where we spent most of our time together using the beautiful pool and grilling every meal! When we wanted a change of scenery we packed up the beach gear located in the kitchen closet and took a short drive to Jupiter beach where parking is easy and the beach is steps from the lot. Gary was responsive and very helpful. If you are looking for somewhere to getaway that feels like home and still a vacation from the everyday this is the house for you. We had 3 adults and 2 kids that just turned 18 and all were sad to leave!

The house was more than what we expected for the price. It was immaculately clean. Nicely decorated. The swimming pool was clean and warm. We felt safe in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

#### A Little Oasis

The house was well appointed and very comfortable beds/bedding. The pool was a decent size for the property with plenty of seating. It’s very close to 95 but you only hear traffic from Indiantown Rd. during the day. Very quiet neighborhood near everything you need.
