Stocked with everything you will need. Beds are very comfortable. House is built for entertaining and hanging out. We had 6 staying in the house, so nice big table in the fun screened in area attached to the house for everyone to eat around and even 2 extra day guests we had come over. The pool area has an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a smoker we used as well. Very nice and new appliances. Bathrooms are beautiful. Although master bath is tight, owner has made best use of the space and a lovely vibe and roomy shower. Owner was very responsive and when the pool needed some attention, he was there in 20 minutes personally! I highly recommend this house. ##### john c. Everything in the house and on the property was set-up/arranged to maximize the comfort of being at home. I do wish the latch worked on the back gate, my toddler liked to try and escape. We barricaded it with other items though and made it work.
