You will really enjoy lounging poolside viewing the parade of boats or sitting on the dock watching the manatees & turtles pass by. Adjacent to a waterfront park with gate access from our property are tennis courts, basketball courts, paddle board rentals and more. The boat ramp is very convenient for launching your watercraft just a few feet from our dock. In the evening dine alfresco waterside while viewing the amazing sunsets or enjoying an outdoor fire. Cable tv w/HBO in both the livingroom and bedroom. This is a unique triplex building (3 units) that provides this apartment with much privacy. Area Information Very desirable upscale north Palm Beach county location at the crossroads of N. Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, Jupiter and just 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach. The hosts were excellent and went out of their way to offer help with anything we needed. We brought our boat with us and the boat launch right next door was great.
