This is the perfect condo for guests who don’t want to tackle stairs, featuring a spacious floorplan, with lovely views. Bring your entire family and enjoy this roomy mountain getaway. This condo is located close to the shared hot tub, and a short walk to the tennis courts. The furnishings are welcoming and you are certain to feel warm and relaxed sitting by the wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the sunny deck and gas grill all year round. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare your gourmet meal and the dining area offers seating for 6. Play a board game while sitting at the game table or snuggle on the sofa and watch a movie. There is a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer and a generous pantry to tuck away all of your food items. This is a single story condo.

Interlaken is the premier condos location in June Lake overlooking Gull Lake. Walking distance to town and close to June Lake Ski Resort. Hiking trails and Majestic views.

**Tax not included in nightly rates** Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM. All properties are non-smoking. By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Smoking: All of June Lake Premier Reservations properties are non-smoking. If the property smells of any tobacco product or Cannabis, your credit will be charged for any services/equipment used to remove the odor. Please do not smoke inside the property. All smoking must take place 30 feet from any structure. Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out time is 10:00AM. We expect you to honor these times as the housekeepers need to clean and prepare the unit for the next guest’s arrival. If you have special needs and would like to check-in early, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee this. Weather: We do not refund any monies for weather related issues or smoke due to forest fires that may affect June Lake or the surrounding areas. Please research weather conditions or call us with any questions or concerns you may have. Weather is the Eastern Sierra can change drastically in a short time. Credit Card: Full payment is due at the time of booking a reservation. When a guest pays for a reservation using a personal credit card, you are also acknowledging that this credit card will be held on file as the security deposit during your stay and used for any damages caused by anyone in the responsible person’s party. Reservations Payment in full is accepted at the time of booking. Refunds: There are no refunds for departing early. Please take this into consideration before you do so. Illness, medical emergencies and poor weather do not qualify for an early departure. Age Requirements: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a property with June Lake Premier Reservations. Our staff reserves the right to ask for identification to verify a person’s age should there be question. All guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by someone who is 21 years of age or older. Pets: Pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Please do not risk this as you will be asked to vacate the property immediately should a pet be discovered. If you have a service dog and plan to bring the animal along, you must notify June Lake Premier Reservations before arrival. Lost & Found: Should a guest discover they have left an item behind, the management will be happy to go to the property and look for it. There is a $20 fee to go to the property and look/retrieve the item. Guest will also be responsible for the cost incurred to mail it to its destination. Occupancy: All of our rental properties have a designated occupancy limit. This limit has been set by the Mono County Chapter 26 Ordinance. All guests must comply with the occupancy limits. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction. Remember children and infants do count as people are a considered a part of the occupancy limit.

High quality apartment

This was a high quality apartment with a really nice outlook. There can be noise from your neighbors, depending who else is staying. We got the sense that the agency was too busy to fix minor problems at the apartment - for instance, the toilet in one bathroom was temperamental and we were pretty sure this predated our arrival and when we messaged them we didn't hear back. But we enjoyed our stay overall.

Quiet end unit in condo complex

Overall the place was very clean. The interior is outdated but everything worked well. The deck was in disrepair and the outside chairs were dirty. There is a nice view over Gull Lake. We visited in the summer months. The unit has spacious bedrooms. The living area had sufficient space for our family of five. Parking was easy as was check in and check out. We enjoyed watching the deer walk back and forth down to the lake.

Spacious for my family of 5

Super close to the ski resort. Utilized both bedrooms and the pull out couch. Had a problem with the stove and the property manager was in communication with me to try and resolve. It did not get resolved but we made do without the oven. Interlaken is a nice spot close to the mountain. Unit was clean, well stocked and comfortable.

Gorgeous View and Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time at this property. It had all the necessities we needed, the kitchen was well-equipped, there’s a lot of room for a family of 4 or more. Its super cozy. The spa was a nice added touch. The property managers are super easy to work with also, we will be returning!!

Spacious, with a wonderful view!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our June Lake experience at Interläken #15. The living area and bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. And the views...OMG. Close to the lifts and walking distance to town. Only criticism was minor. Called repeatedly to arrange for transfer of key - no return call and no one in management office midweek. We finally got through by leaving message on “night line.” Otherwise, the manager was cooperative. Definitely would return.
