I was impressed with the lighting and how bright it was in all the rooms of my suite, and also there was plenty of bottled water in my suite every day housekeeping left 2x2 liter and 4x4 500 mills bottles, however the hallway, the bedroom, and the living room did look very plain and bland it needed more decor as all I had in my suite was a flimsy wall painting in the living room, and equally flimsy painting in the bedroom there was no other home decor at all so it made it feel cold and uninvited, the worst comments come from the bathroom as I noticed there was mould on the tiles in the corner of the shower/bath which to me did not portray a good image of a five star suite , it was not the job of housekeeping to rectify the problem this should have been inspected by hotel management and informed to maintenance team to carry out the remedial works , I also noticed how high the bath towel rail was so for someone who unfortunately staying in that suite and who 5ft and under would greatly struggle to reach as I nearly did and I’m 5ft 4 inches tall, The most damming negative comments of the Roda amwaj suites is the entrance of the hotel and the reception staff who I believe could be more helpful when guests are having problems with WiFi connection and not be told that I have to speak to customer services on the beach , I found it very confusing having to go to my suite through the underground car park as there were too many entrances, ie for example I was in suite 214 but the

Dear Guest Thanks for your update and feedback. We are doing preventative maintenence for all our suites periodically, rest assured that we will do the needful to rectify all issues described. With regards to the entrance, I agree with you that it could be a bit of a challenge at first but then you can easily figure it out with assistance of our team members who are eager to help in such matters. Is not clean. A lots of hair on the bed sheets and dust on the floor and the balcony. Other things are OK
