Great location
The apart hotel is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and the tram. The flats are spacious and have a kitchen with basic utensils if you want to cook your meal. Aircon worked well and had separate temperature control for various rooms, which was great. We had a nice balcony looking towards the sea. Wifi was good. The furniture is quite dated and bathrooms will require freshening up soon, but overall we had a very good stay and the size of the flats and location versus the price were really good.

Shout out to Sara on the front desk, who was a great help. This property has a great location, a few minutes from the beach and lots of restaurants. And the units are big, so its a very good value if you need the space. Also has quite a large gym. Generally helpful staff. Downsides are the condition of the property, which is very dated, a housekeeping staff that is propably understaffed and never got to my room before 4, and a very confusing disjointed layout. This is not a fancy hotel, but if you have a family or large group and don't require modern rooms, this could be a very good option.

Everything is in walking distance. The rooms are kept so clean to a high standard. A lot bigger than what is seen in pictures. Highly recommend.

Overall, the location is perfect - right on JBR Walk and not fair from the Marina either so you are spoilt for dining options. Overall, the apartments are in good condition - probably needs a refurb as they are somewhat dated.

Pleasant, helpful staff. Sea View apartment overlooking Ain Dubai (Dubai Eye). Walk out onto the main strip with bars, restaurants, shops and the beach all within a few minutes walk. The apartment was basic but clean and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. It was a generous size for a family of 4.

The view was lovely. And it's walkable. Some of the team are nice and helpful. However, the manager of this property does not care about the costumes. The apartment we had was disgusting and not clean at all. I shared a few pictures with the team, so they had to move us to a new apartment at 4 am in the morning, which was very inconvenient for us. We wasted two nights out of five nights of our stay trying to communicate with them, first to give us a clean apartment and second to give us a refund or any other solution for the first two nights we wasted. The manager literally said to me, “a refund is not an option; you can get a refund at the four seasons but not here,” very unprofessional. The worst stay ever. However, I have to say that the guys at the front desk were amiable and helpful. My overall recommendation is, don’t go there. There are plenty of hotels in the area. I wish I had more time to go somewhere else, but I was there with my parents, who I hadn't seen in four years, and thought that a five days vacation at this hotel would be great; I was wrong to believe that this hotel can offer what I was looking for—simply a clean apartment with a nice view.

The location was great, bang on the JBR Walk. Very close to the Jumeirah beach (less than 5 min walk). The views from our 3-bed sea-view Apt were amazing. All rooms & the common hall & balcony had views of the sea. The accommodation is mostly of apartment-type and not like a usual hotel. The feel inside the apt. is like an apt. and not like a hotel room. The apt. was clean & maintained well. Rooms and the apt were spacious. Our 3-bed apt had 3 rooms, a huge living room, a full-fledged kitchen with few cutlery & vessels for cooking, a maid room, a balcony and 5 toilets (3 baths)! We were a family of 7 (3 adults & 4 kids) and the apt. was too big for us. The hotel check-in was the worst experience for us in recent times. Where we asked for an early check-in, they did not even give us the room at their usual committed time. The reception was very small & crowded for the number of units they have. Reception staff were not friendly at all and did not communicate well. Even when we got our room about 1.5 hours late, the room was not ready and the housekeeping staff were still cleaning. The general friendliness & attitude of the staff were unsatisfactory. We almost did not see even 1 person smiling in our whole stay and everyone seemed very casual about their customers. The whole property is massive and has a lot of facilities. There were 4 swimming pools and we could use any of them Except the staff & check-in, we loved our stay The rates were cheapest we could find in the area
