Between Carolles and Jullouville, Villa Les Coucous, built in 1926 but just renovated (!), offers a 1930 year atmosphere, comfort and more! ; \- 200m from the pleasure boat, for lovers of catamarans, dinghies, paddle, sand yachting, kayaking, windsurfing, kite surfing and other water sports, \- 200m from the beach, for supervised swimming and naps on the fine sand, \- 200m from a playground, located at the back of the house (no road to cross for children) \- 700m from downtown Jullouville and its shops The villa has an enclosed courtyard, with parking for 2 cars, lawn area for sunbeds, a double-garage with a few bicycles and body board boards. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Outside toilets. Garden hose (convenient for washing beach equipment). FIRST: the entrance with laundry area (washing machine) and bathroom (vanity unit, walk-in shower), handy for beach returns! Conforme à la description et idéalement située. Nous avons pu nous rendre sur différents lieux de pêches, de ballades et visites (Granville, Bec Dandaine, Pointe du Groin Sud, Bréhal...). La maison nous a permis de nous poser et de nous retrouver en famille. La mezzanine et son filet a fait sensation chez les enfants! Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter des nombreux vélos mis à disposition pour faire une sortie sur le bord de mer... Une autre fois?! Céline est une hôte très disponible et facilement joignable. Es ist ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Details. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Geräte sind neu und sehr sauber. Die ganze Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Im Hof des Hauses ist viel Platz für Sonnenliegen und Esstisch. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist eine angenehm ruhige Wohngegend, der Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Lage ist günstig, um Ausflüge in die Normandie und Bretagne zu unternehmen.
