Discover the beauty of Julian from this lovely, newly remodeled, 3-bedroom house. This adorable property features 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (twin over full), and 1 full bed. Perfect for Penn State fans, hunters, snowmobilers, or just those looking to relax in the country. This home has incredible views of the Bald Eagle Valley, a gravel driveway, and is situated on 16 acres bordering state game lands. Close to Beaver Stadium ( 13 mi), Black Moshannon State Park (8 mi) and Bald Eagle State Park (20mi). Guests will feel right at home. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
