"We stayed at Hotel Plaza Québec par Jaro for 2 nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special. The staff went out of their way to surprise us with sweets and wine. Our stay was wonderful, the room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. Truly a memorable experience – highly recommend this property when visiting Québec!"
"The hotel was clean. Typical hotel breakfast. But staff were friendly and provided Gluten free bread and a toaster for toasting it.There was limited dinining options near the Hotel though."
"My family and I stayed here one night and overall was really excellent stay. The only thing we wanted to check in early which they charge a fee, no problem, but when we arrived after I called to make sure what time to come, the room wasn't ready. We asked for reimbursement on early check with no problem. I wasn't angry cause we needed to go to my daughter's soccer game and didn't mind checking in later. Also, breakfast was ok, kids enjoyed, but super basic and easy breakfast. Pool and arcades were a really cool attraction here. We enjoyed our stay very much."
