### Cottage in Sologne with Activities & Balloon Flight

Located in the heart of Sologne, the Gîte des Frères Montgolfier welcomes you for a weekend, a week or more.  
  
Many activities are available to you nearby: Discovery of the Sologne (fishing, hunting, walks), horse riding, golf courses. The Château de la Ferté Saint Aubin and the Loire are 15 minutes away; Orleans and Chambord 30 minutes by car.  
  
And if you take a little height to discover the riches of the Loiret? To fully enjoy your stay, you will also have the opportunity to fly over the Sologne and the Loire in a hot air balloon! And take off in front of your gite (paid service on request from the owner). On the 1st floor of a property which has several accommodations, it has an independent entrance, a large living room with open kitchen fully fitted and equipped.  
  
The cottage also offers two bedrooms with 2x80x200 beds as well as a bathroom with shower and double sink, a toilet.  
The gîte has an unobstructed view of the pond (under the responsibility of the parents. Recreational fishing possible). Perhaps you will have the privilege of seeing deer and other game!  
You can fully entertain yourself with an outdoor pétanque court, as well as table tennis, table football and American billiards are available in the basement.  
Outdoor parking within the grounds of the property.  
  
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage cans), heating and electricity with reasoned and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gîte is electric , you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
