If you would like us to pre-heat it for your arrival, please let us know and we are happy to do so. Pool Heat Costs: $300/night and for each following day, the fee is $150 Oct 1st - April 30th $200/night and for each following day, the fee is $150 May 1st to September 30th IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and POOL To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool. ● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. ● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool. ● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. ● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover. ● Children must be supervised at all times. ● Please avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub ● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa. We also have a skimmer behind the house if you need to get any bugs or leaves out during your stay. PROVIDED \- All bathrooms have NATIVE Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Ms. Meyer’s Hand Soap (All Cruelty-Free Products) \- One (1) Bath Towel and Pool Towel provided per guest. \- Some trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper have been provided.
