Great off the beaten path rental backed up against the desert for amazing sunset views in the hot tub. Back yard is spacious and great for lounging, BBQing. Indoors has everything needed to have a great stay: comfortable beds, modern appliances, stocked kitchen and even a record player to enjoy some analog entertainment. Rental is close to the park entrance of Joshua Tree where there are local boutiques and JT Coffee Co. Great spot for enjoying the peacefulness JT has to offer! ##### Scott H. The kitchen is well stocked, the knives in the knife block are sharp (a pet peeve of mine, unusable dull knives in rental houses) plenty of glassware, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There are two beautiful woven rugs in the living room and dining room area. He has tastefully decorated with what looks like local artists’ works throughout the house. The view of the distant snow capped San Bernardino Mountains from the bedroom is breathtaking. It was great to go outside and clearly see, Orion, Castor & Pollux, Jupiter, Venus and Mars. Luke had several very useful guidebooks that we used in conjunction with our AllTrails app to find perfect hiking trails both inside and outside of the park. The location just north of Twenty-nine Palms Highway is ideal. Easy to access Joshua Tree NP either via the West entrance in JT or the less busy North entrance in Twentynine Palms. The weather was cold and windy, so we unfortunately didn’t get to use the hot tub or grill as much as we would have if the weather had cooperated. The hammocks and lounge chairs were also inviting. We did enjoy morning coffee by the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again. Luke is a great host and communicator. He has made JT Haus a true gem. ##### Sarah P. It has all the conveniences of home, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, hot tub and all new fixtures. The house must be pretty new as everything felt super clean and modern. Beds were super comfortable and my family had a fun time going through the vinyl collection and playing the record player. About 10-15 drive from the park entrance, Joshua Tree Coffee Co and other JT shops.
